Hi, I’m Radostin Tanov a.k.a Rudy. I recently graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. Since I joined Vertex a few months ago, the ever changing pace and requirements have kept things exciting, and I am always learning new things. Within weeks of joining the company, I worked with my mentor and charted out my career plan. Step 1 was to get certified in Salesforce.com. Once I finished my certification (with flying colors may I add!) I was sent to the Vertex office in India for 3 months to really learn the job. It was my first trip to India and I thoroughly enjoyed it!
After I came back, I faced my first big challenge. I was given a project that I had to research on my own. My findings would directly impact future projects for our clients! It was scary at first, but I enjoyed the |

| process of research and learning to accomplish the requirement. Vertex has given me the opportunity to experience the whole process of delivering projects to clients – starting with project architecture, offsite development in India (and actually working there too!), and project delivery. The experience has been immense. |
